Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 business days from the date you receive your product to initiate a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return/refund, all items must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. 

Items from the Given Grace collection are excluded from returns, exchanges & refunds.

Return Process

To start the return process, please email orders@soaringcranesoaps.com.

You will receive a confirmation email to verify your return/refund request. 

Mail your return in its original condition and packaging to:

Marshfield, WI  54449

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges as well as providing a tracking number for the returned shipment. 
Original shipping charges will not be refunded. 

When we receive your return, we will inspect it thoroughly and issue a refund to the method of payment used for purchase within 3 business days if items meet the return conditions stated above. 

Your refund may take up to 7 business days to reflect on your bank account or credit card.
